Wisconsin Army National Guard Sgt Andrew P. Wallace, 25, of Oshkosh, WI died in Shaibah, Iraq, on Sept. 26, when an impoverished explosive device detonated near hir HMMWV during convoy operation and was killed duringa convoy mission.
